Pedras Salgadas Tea House Restaurant

During our stay in Pedras Salgadas, from the restaurants we went to, we found that the Hotel restaurant was undoubtedly what we liked the most.

The service was always great and the food very good.
We chose two different dishes for dinner, and both were delicious.

Well, as for dessert, we have to point out something not go good... The presentation was exquisite and it looked very tasty, we chose a fondant with a wild fruit sorbet and a crumble. But the petit gateau or fondant (as indicated on the menu) was not at all fantastic. It would have been supposed to have that creamy, fluid interior, but it was dry! We asked the waiter, and he told us that even though the menu stated fondant, they have replaced it, a while ago, with a dark chocolate dry cake! (?!) Grrrrrrr


But in the end, it was undoubtedly a pleasant evening, full of new sensations and great flavors!
